1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging our photography and videography services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Mystic Money Photography provides professional photography and videography services including but not limited to:

• Wedding photography and videography
• Portrait sessions
• Event photography and videography
• Commercial photography
• Photo editing and post-production services

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: All bookings require a signed contract and deposit payment
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking
• Final Payment: Balance payment is due before or on the day of the event/session
• Late Payment: Late payments may incur additional charges
• Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the event details and requirements
• Obtain necessary permissions for photography at private venues
• Ensure the safety of our equipment and personnel
• Provide meal and refreshment if the event exceeds 6 hours
• Inform us of any specific shot requirements in advance

5. Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

• Arrive promptly at the scheduled time
• Provide professional photography/videography services
• Deliver edited images/videos within the agreed timeframe
• Maintain backup copies of your images for 12 months
• Treat your event with professionalism and discretion

6. Delivery and Timeline

• Preview Images: Available within 48 hours for weddings
• Full Gallery: Delivered within 6-8 weeks for weddings, 2-3 weeks for other events
• Videos: Wedding videos delivered within 12-16 weeks
• Force Majeure: Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Copyright and Usage Rights

• We retain copyright to all images and videos
• Clients receive usage rights for personal use
• Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement
• We reserve the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Credit must be given when images are shared publicly

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for:

• Events beyond our control (weather, venue restrictions, etc.)
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Technical failures of equipment (backup equipment is always available)

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, or equipment failure.

10. Model Release

By booking our services, clients and their guests consent to being photographed/filmed and grant us permission to use their likeness in our marketing materials unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

11. Complaints Procedure

Any complaints should be made in writing within 14 days of the event. We will investigate and respond within 7 days. If unsatisfied, clients may refer the matter to relevant professional bodies or trading standards.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

13. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Existing bookings remain subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
